Goes great with meatballs for something a little different. After reading some other reviews I did make a few changes.

In fact I have a delicious assortment of recipes such as afritada adobo sweet and sour meatballs and Hawaiian chicken with pineapple as the star ingredient on the blog. This is a simple sweet and sour sauce with nice depth of flavor. You can use it for marinating chicken and pork or for a dipping sauce.

I did not have any brown sugar so I used 14 cup of white sugar as I heard many say it was too sweet with 12 cup of brown. I only used two tablespoons of corn starch and made half the meatballs to give me more sauce.
